Welcome to the Saint Grace Store website (Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most Saint Grace Store items displayed at the Site are available in select stores in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and weekends, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 2 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. SaintGraceStore.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery. All orders are shipped USA using UPS Ground, Next day and 2nd day. Rates are calculated through UPS calculator. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 2 weeks, please notify service@saintgrace.com. All California deliveries will incur an 8.25% sales tax. Please contact service@saintgrace.com if you have any questions. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments from saintgracestore.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to saintgracestore.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

RETURN POLICY
Saint Grace gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and/or defective merchandise for full refund. Original hang tags must be attached to the garment. Returns and exchanges must be within 10 days from which shipment is received. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Notice must be given to service@saintgrace.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the packing slip and printed receipts when returned. For your convenience, a UPS return label will be included with the original shipment. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using the return label provided.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SIZING
We have added a size chart (see below). Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering from saintgracestore.com. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email.

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Saint Grace Inc.. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Saint Grace Inc. also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Saint Grace Inc. sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Saint Grace Inc., you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
